Festive Period

UK NCP Festive Opening Hours

UK NCP will be closed from Thursday 24th December 2015 until Monday 4th January 2016. If you require the following information, please adhere to the deadlines below:

  • Individual Enquiries: The deadline to ensure a response before 24th December is 16th December.
  • Competent Authority Enquiries: The deadline to ensure a response before 24th December is 16th December.
  • Certificate of Experience Service: If you require your Certificate of Experience to be completed before 24th December, the deadline to submit all documents and payment is by Tuesday 1st December. No guarantee can be given that applications received after this time will be completed before the New Year.

Our phone lines are open as usual until 5pm on 23rd December. They re-open at 9am on 4th January 2016.
