Appeals Process

As a professional, if you feel you are being treated unfairly during the recognition process, you have the right to appeal. In the first instance, this appeal should be directly to the competent authority regulating your profession. Following that, you may choose to contact SOLVIT, or you may seek independent legal advice and if necessary take your case through the legal system. In certain professions, the appeal body is stipulated in law, as per the list below:
