UK NARIC CEO Dr Cloud Bai-Yun is speaking at the Going Global 2018 event in Kuala Lumpur on Friday 4 May.

Cloud will be discussing some of the new, innovative frameworks for international collaboration in which UK NARIC has been involved in the ASEAN region and in Latin America.

Cloud is part of a panel also comprising: Dr Ofelia Angulo Guerrero, Director General – International, the National Technological Institute of Mexico, Mexico; and Ian Robinson, EU SHARE Programme Director, British Council, Indonesia.

The panel session will explore the growth of international research, mobility, and joint developments, and the concomitant demand for cross country mutuality arrangements for awards; and discuss new, innovative approaches to mutual recognition.
