All UK NARIC services are running well, despite coronavirus/COVID-19 restrictions. This includes Member Enquiries. New – free UK NARIC guide on advising refugees

For careers advisers, advice bureaux, immigration professionals

UK NARIC has launched a new free information guide for all those involved in working with and advising refugees.

The guide will help you give better advice on how individuals can obtain recognition for their overseas qualifications and certificates and improve their prospects of securing work.

The guide has been prepared in collaboration with Transitions London CIC, who assist refugees with professional level qualifications to continue their work in the UK.

Refugees have the right to work in the UK, but some employers are apprehensive about overseas qualifications. The guide answers many of the common questions from individual refugees about the level of their qualifications and how to obtain recognition for them.
