Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Workplace

Our aim is to be the best-in-class Employee Ownership Trust, which means our colleagues (or co-owners) have a meaningful say in how the organisation is run and managed. The wellbeing of our co-owners is at the heart of what we do as an employer.

As an Equal Opportunities Employer, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and connectedness. We work with people all over the globe, from different backgrounds and diverse cultures.

Wellbeing

We support our co-owners’ wellbeing in a number of ways including:

  • Access to trained Mental Health First Aiders
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme
  • BUPA Healthcare Scheme

We also have volunteering and engagement opportunities to help with wellbeing across the business.

Governance

As an Employee Ownership Trust, we do things a little differently from some other organisations. Every one of our co-owners has a voice. Our people are highly motivated and committed. Our structure allows for our combined success as an organisation to be shared equitably across the company.

Equitable and ethical procedures and policies

Our open and transparent recruitment process is managed by our in-house HR team, ensuring that equality, diversity and inclusion are at the centre of the process. Ecctis also has developed a complete range of family-friendly systems and processes to support co-owners.

Training and Developing

Our training and development programme has been created to support professional and personal growth.
